The Gold Class recognition is the highest role-relevant training achievement recognized by the collision repair industry. I am in the process of requesting that my state farm insurance allow me to take sub standard work and have everything Cole did re checked. I received a great deal of push back from your management team in relation to a simple harness mounting bracket. 1stbi was told it would cost 2000 plus dollars for new wiring harness because the mounting bracket and push rivets were not available separately and all part of the harness. It took me 2 mins to find the bracket and push rivets on line and from Ford. Your shop was made aware bof an improperly alined front bumper and was told it would b addressed. It was not. We're the shop to have a simple level the discrepancy is obvious but then so was the damaged wiring harness bracket . I trusted your facility and feel as if tho I have been deceived. Damaged brackets, pop rivets that won't hold, the bumper totally blown off by your crew hardly instill trust or confidence in your ability to do good work. I will never recommend or shop Cole anything after being presented with this mess.

Don't appreciate being miss lead. Again it took 2 mins to find Ford certified repair parts that did not require the hole wiring harness which by the way does not cost near 2000 dollars.
