Cole Chevrolet Cadillac Inc. is a family-owned auto repair business that has been serving the community since 1984. Our Body Shop is a leading automotive repair facility located in Bluefield, WV. Being a Direct Repair Facility for most insurance companies, we have been selected as an approved repair facility in the insurance industry. Customers are able to bring their car to us knowing we provide the highest quality of work with a faster claims process. We are an iCar Gold Body Shop. The Gold Class recognition is the highest role-relevant training achievement recognized by the collision repair industry. It is estimated that only 20% of repair shops currently meet the rigorous Gold Class standard. Our commitment to our customers is what separates us from the rest. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners.

When I talked to the insurance man, I told him to pick whoever I didn’t know. I’ve never had to use a service like this before. He chose you and I think God that he did because you guys are awesome.
