Customers are able to bring their car to us knowing we provide the highest quality of work with a faster claims process. We are an iCar Gold Body Shop. The Gold Class recognition is the highest role-relevant training achievement recognized by the collision repair industry. It is estimated that only 20% of repair shops currently meet the rigorous Gold Class standard. Our commitment to our customers is what separates us from the rest. From the day I walked into the body shop until I picked up my car I was treated like I was the only person there, not just a number or car. Troy was very professional and very helpful throughout the process. He is such an asset to your dealership. Also the young lady who checked me out upon completion of the work, was just so very nice and was also very helpful when I first came To the body shop area. I had no clue where to go and she directed me In the right direction. I just hope I didn’t make her late for work on 6-8-26. I told Troy today that in the past I had not had a very good experience at that dealership. This visit has totally changed my mind and when I decide to trade for another vehicle, Coles will be my first stop! Thank you all.
