Brad & Colleen at Cole’s in Nassau, NY location were phenomenal. From my initial consultation with Brad. They continually provided me with updates on my car. The done work on the car was excellent. My daughter works in the auto industry at Northeast Acura. She was my referral to Cole’s. She had her body shop manager inspect it afterwards and commented on how all the lines and paint matched perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They helped me make the best of a bad situation. Brad and Colleen are a true asset at the Nassau location. Including getting my rental squared away. I would highly recommend Cole’s to anyone in the future.

The Coles in Nassau did an excellent job on my Toyota. You can’t tell where the dent used to be. Brad and Colleen were both very courteous and professional. They informed me of a delay(a part arrived damaged)not their fault. The work was done earlier than expected. I felt like they cared about me and my car and I wasn’t just another customer. I give “high marks “ to the entire team. The only reason why I didn’t give a 10, is that there is always room for improvement. I told Brad and Colleen,”See you next accident .” I will look no further if I need bodywork again. I will suggest anyone needing bodywork to go to Cole’s collision.
