Coles was excellent from drop off to pick up. They helped secure a rental and it was seamless because they brought it straight to the shop. My car is a little harder to work on and get parts for. They let me know during the whole process what was taking so long and why it was. Car came back just like they day I got it. Plus they did a full interior and exterior detail! I was going to get my summer interior detail done, but now I don't have too! Highly recommended.

From the moment I entered Cole’s Collision I was acknowledged and assured they would take care of my car and I immediately felt so much better. They were professional but yet they were very comforting, assuring me they could make my car look like new again and that is exactly what they did! They communicated throughout the whole process, including unexpected changes and completion times. The crew is welcoming and professional. I would continue use them for my vehicle's body needs as they are Tesla certified in the future if need be. Overall, great experienced.

My car has never looked so good. It’s the same as when I bought it off the dealership. The staff was professional and fixed the damages ahead of schedule. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again but if I had to they would be the first call.
