Had a really great experience at Cole’s Collision. They got everything done on time and honestly went above and beyond. My car came back super clean, fully fixed, and even charged—which I really appreciated. Jessica at the front desk was amazing, very friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Ricky (body shop manager) and Moe were both great too. Solid team all around. Definitely recommend! 👍

Her people skills stood out—she explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. Ricky, the body shop manager, was phenomenal, and Moe was great as well. The whole team made this a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

The repair was completed timely. I was kept up-to-date on the status of the repair by text messaging. I have not yet checked to see if all of the rear sensors are working appropriately, and hope to do that in the next day or so.
