Overall, had a great experience with Cole’s Collision Center. I appreciated getting the update texts to let me know the progress and that they cleaned even the inside of my car a bit. Their work looks great and they did it in a short amount of time.

Paint drops and smears where left on the Acura door plates on both right side doors. The rear right side door had 2 visible attachment prongs for the weather side moldings. The paint on the door handle was a little heavy so the the door handle unlock groves were not as defined as the other doors.

I asked for a separate quote on work I wanted looked at and customer service also sent this quote to the insurance company. The insurance company responded very unfriendly to me because of additional work possibly being done at the same time and them insisting they get an additional discount because of this. I was told by the manager it would be fine for the keys to be left in the car for after hours pick up. When the car was finished I asked the customer service rep to leave the keys in the car. She said she would along with the paperwork, and did not do it. The next day I called about the keys and she said she still had them and there were no options on alternatives ways to get them to me-such as mailing. I live 1.5 hours away. She said I had to pick them up-no apology what so ever. I picked them up a week later-again no apology. I asked why no one apologized for this mistake and the three at the desk simply said, "sorry" and nothing else. They never asked if the car look good and how the job went.
