My vehicle was damaged while in their care. Not like a little ding like an huge hole in my dash that they had zero reason being near as my damage was in the bed of my truck. I had a worker take a photo before I left there-(I had to get back to work). I called the next available day that they were open and conveniently they keep forgetting to call me back or respond in any way. I will be reaching out to the insurance company that paid the claim and suggested this company. I’m sure they will not ignore the insurance company’s calls.

Collision 1st did a great job on my vehicle body repairs. They did the work in a timely manner and supplied me with a very nice loaner vehicle. The staff are friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had.
