My truck had major front end damage, it took almost 2 months to get t fixed. The work on the bodywork an interior was good. I was told that my truck was done and when I picked it up, I was told that it may need a front end alignment. So an appt. was made for me and Collision & Custom would pay for it the alignment. After taking it to the shop I was told it would be around $1700. I did not have them complete the work due to the cost. After notifying Collision & Custom they did research and spoke to State Farm and they will not cover the work. Collision & Custom say the work needed for the alignment is wear and tear. It's very frustrating that I was told Collision and Custom would pay for the alignment, but when they are given the estate they won't cover it because its, "wear and tear". Awful convenient. Very disappointed on that part of the service

They had my car longer than anticipated however that car is my baby and so I didn't mind the extra time that they spent because when I got it back she looked absolutely beautiful
