Fender and plastic piece that were fixed will have to be repainted soon. There are visible imperfections under the clear coat. Spoke to Dawn about this and she said it would be repainted at my convenience. Will follow up soon to schedule.

I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone I spoke to was nice and made this process of my car getting repaired as easy as they could for me. Dawn went above and beyond with helping me and making the process as smooth as possible considering the problems my insurance was giving both of us. This was my first car accident and I am extremely grateful for how helpful and efficient they were. Plus my car looks brand new. It is a 2025 Toyota Rav 4 that I have only had for a month and you can’t even tell it has been in an accident!
