We ran into issues regarding how long it took to complete the repairs, the final phone call informing me that it was done, and the challenge of not being open on a weekend. Other than that folks were very informative and friendly and the car is back home.

Took longer than the given time, I had to pay for a rental for an additional 2 weeks the. Car was given back to me with damages that were never addressed so it had to go back a second time. Steve was extremely rude and unprofessional.
