More communication with updates is required. I didn't even know the car would not be ready by the promised date had it not been for me checking with my assigned Geico auto adjuster.

The right mirror doesn’t return to elevated position. The right rear door window molding is loose and the rear bumper is scratched when they took the rim out and of the trunk.
