First class service from a first class team. Even though the repair took a bit longer because of insurance issues beyond your control, Monique kept me informed every step of the way and was always a delight to talk to. Monique was incredibly helpful throughout the entire repair process. She went above and beyond by contacting the insurance company on my behalf to obtain the information needed and consistently followed up with them. She clearly explained every step of the process and kept me updated promptly, which made the entire experience much less stressful. The rental car pickup and return process was also very convenient because Monique coordinated everything directly through the body shop. On top of the excellent customer service, the repair work done on my car, the replacement of the door, was outstanding. My car looks great! I highly recommend this body shop and truly appreciate Monique’s professionalism and support.
