Actually they are an 11 and the gold standard for excellent, professional and meticulous detail in all their repair work. I have known James and David for 20 years and for the few times I have needed damage repair they have been above all expected and more. Their dealing with insurance adjustors is like having an attorney representing fair and needed true value on your behalf. They are the best!
