They worked with Enterprise on the phone when I couldn't get into contact with a person who was local and needed to. Mark was my adjuster and he did an excellent job! He took the time to explain everything and to make sure I understood what needed done. He was very friendly as were the front desk gals!

The repairs are good however we got the car back with a dead battery. I don’t know that it was their fault but I would have expected if it had battery issues they would have said something. We would have had them fix that too. So we have the car back but still can’t drive it. The vehicle is not one where a non mechanic can change the battery.
