This is maybe the third or fourth time I’ve been to collision craft and each time exceeds my previous expectations. From Lindsay in the office to Mark in estimates to everyone who does the actual repairs, I have never been disappointed. And in today’s business world, being disappointed is the norm; not being disappointed is indeed a rare thing. And if you can give special kudos to Mark, as the face of your company to your customers, there has never been a time when he has been less than magnificent at his job. Everyone has personal situations to deal with that might bring their bring their work spirit down a notch or two at times, but never with Mark. He could have the weight of the world bearing down on his shoulders and I’m sure he would still be his chipper, friendly, enthusiastic self. So thanks for all you do, and please keep doing enough to keep your employees who are the face of your business secure and happy…your business just wouldn’t be the same without them.
