Haha! I actually just finished leaving a review on Yelp because I didn't realize this was in my email waiting for me. The ladies in the office were great to work with, USAA did some kind of wonky things at the outset but the ladies were able to get it resolved. I appreciated the help setting up the car rental and having that all ready when I dropped the car off. I really appreciated the option to log on and check out the daily progress of the repairs, and appreciated your emails letting me know when the vehicle would be ready, as well as your phone call. My car looked great when I picked it up, and the flowers, card and chocolate were a very nice touch. I would recommend you.

I rarely ever give full points on this, but with Collision Craft I will because they were very friendly, professional, they were fantastic at keeping me updated with daily emails, and the feature that you could log into to see photos of the progress of the work being done each day. And even an occassional phone call when needed.
