It was inconvenient for me to leave the car at the shop for 4 days longer than I was originally told. I understand it was a problem with whoever you were ordering the fender from, but maybe there is a better, more reliable place to order parts from? I donât know if there is or not, but it seems unacceptable for that company to repeatedly send you damaged products, which in turn delays your customers getting their cars back. Other than that, I am satisfied with the way my car looks now, thank you.

On the passenger side door sill plate, there was a sm. smudge of either filler or primer. No harm as it was easily removed with my thumbnail.

The people that worked with me were amazing, and so polite. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the customer service. And I loved the card and flowers left in my car for me when I picked up my vehicle. It was a very nice personal touch that made me feel like a valued customer. I will be back for any auto repairs I may need in the future and I will definitely spread good news to my friends and even strangers.
