Collision Craft does excellent work. My problems with this repair were only with Liberty Mutual and Enterprise over the rental car I was promised but never given.

I am completely satisfied with the customer service I received from Collision Craft, the work they performed and their communication with me. However, there were shipping delays for parts which extended the time my car was unavailable to me from 3 days to 5 days. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from Liberty Mutual and Enterprise. I was promised a car rental while my car was being repaired, but then one was not available. I called Liberty Mutual and they referred me to Enterprise. I called Enterprise and they referred me to Collision Craft. I called Collision Craft and they told me Enterprise never contacted them. I called Enterprise back and they basically gave me the run around. Neither Liberty Mutual nor Enterprise seemed to want to do anything to make this right. They appeared to only want to point the blame to someone else. I was left without a vehicle for a week and had to significantly change my plans.

Collision Craft is the BEST!!! Unfortunately, we've had to use them several times because we seem to have bad luck with our vehicles, but we honestly wouldn't want to go any where else. They are fast, professional and do a superb job!! We HIGHLY recommend them!!
