My only slight frustration was I wasn't told ahead that my appointment was a 7-day job. I somehow assumed a 1-day job, which is silly because paint workwas needed. But clarity on the expected time required would have allowed me to plan for it better. The work completed is excellent, and in all other respects the staff were accommodating, friendly, and super helpful.

My windshield wiper on the passenger side of the car would not work and it was pouring down rain. My husband got it fixed. My car looks good, still need the new windshield that got broken when they were putting it in. It was done within a month. I am pleased with the service.

The attention to detail on the repairs is remarkable! Everything looks beautiful. They even cleaned our floorboards and re-welded the broken welds on our truck rack that was damaged but not technically a required repair of the job. We are thrilled with our Collision Craft experience! Thank you!
