I’d say a 10 cause they did give me back my car in working order. and I would recommend them to people with State Farm. Cause they get you right in and give your one estimate you need to state farm and do everything in house. Its fast way to get your vehicle in the shop. and way more convenient than going to different shops to find the right estimates. and if your a state farm customer they treat you with a higher priority. So even if I had to clean my car on the inside it was ok. They knew I needed it back quicker cause i was paying for the rental. They made sure In the end they came through.

Honestly It did take them quite a while to get the parts but they made it up to me with paying for 2 weeks of the rental car which was half the time I needed for the rental. and not giving me the car back until it was fully working right. Cause the car was over heating and the air conditioning wasn’t working with the original parts they had put in it. So they made sure everything was going to work right before giving back the car. I was thankful for that. So I was satisfied. Only thing I didn’t like was my car had a bunch of dust all over the inside. but it was ok I got my car back in working order so I didn’t have to keep paying for that rental.

The girl upfront did the best she could with what information she was given. She tried to keep me well informed. but the parts and the shipping times was betraying her and she said it was almost done and then the part wouldn’t come in. then they said everything was about done then the part they had went bad and it really wasn’t their fault but they tried thats why I gave them a 10. cause they tried to make it up to me in the end even though they didn’t have to. It was well appreciated.

Paint looks great. Can't tell the difference between old paint and new paint. Looks like everything was repaired nicely. Hope we never need repairs again but if we do we would definitely use you again. Would recommend you to everyone.

Collision leaders took care of all insurance business, communicated very well and did great work. It's handy having enterprise inside the same building. They didn't do super great, but I left their review. You guys were awesome

The repair was good as always but the lack of lack of communication was a problem It was due to be picked up today, by 2pm I was starting to get a little worried since the rental car was due back and still had not hear a peep from the shop I called to find out if the car would be done. It was good to go but it would have been nice to get a call earlier in the day and not at the last moment
