The vehicle looks fine. But the timeliness was atrocious! When you have someone who travels to work as much as I do and your vehicle is as important as you breathing there has to be a better way to get parts and to complete things in a timely manner. At least put forth the effort if you can't get it done in a timely manner send the vehicle to a different shop for your customer's sake or pay for the rental car.

No communication or perfect fitment of parts...

The negative about this repair is the bumper that was replaced does not look like it was the correct bumper, number 1. Number 2 the hard plastic that is attached to the bumper is separating from the bumper and has been on the truck less than one week.
