Three weeks is way too long to be without the vehicle. You lost a good employee in Alex. KC needs some help. Will need to get by for overspray removal off windows. Not sure if I would use your company again. We have an estimate on our personal vehicle that repairs will be done at another location do to our insurance (USAA).

Very friendly, say they will keep you updated on progress, but if you get anxious and call them they will answer, seems like it takes a while to get an update, but you can call anytime and check and they are always kind, their work is good!

My daughter have used you twice. A friend and you have repaired my car twice. My only complaint is I could have used my car before you were ready to start work on my car. It was a small dent in the back door.

We were not kept informed. The car was misdiagnosed. We were told the car would be ready for pick up on a Friday only to be called on that day to be told there was another repair needed that couldn’t be done on that day. We were traveling from a different state to pick up the car. Lastly when we did get the car multiple things were not completed. For example the fog light was not connected and a piece was missing from the front
