I had a great experience with Collision Leaders of Marshall. They originally estimated that the liftgate repair on my 4Runner would take three days, but they completed it in just two. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed. Most importantly, the repair was done with great quality, and everything works perfectly. I want to start off by saying the repair work was very good, and the service was fast. The mess left in my car afterwards was very disappointing. Dirt all over the headliner, footprint on backs of seats, and quite a mess on the floor mat in the back of the SUV. I did not expect a full detail job, but for the money paid for repairs, I did expect them to clean up their mess.
