My car had been driven 130 miles from the time I dropped it off till I picked it up. I assume this was due to being shuffled off to a third party contractor. I would have much preferred being repaired locally and would have waited till a spot was open.

If you love being in the loop about the repair and knowing exactly what is going on, these are your people! They updated me every single day about how the repair was going, with an estimated finish date. Even sent texts to confirm it was finished, with an option to pay ahead of time (saved time getting my keys). I've never experienced this level of transparency from a repair shop. Blown away. Plus, just all around wonderful and nice people.
