Rude woman on the phone, mechanics seem to only look over outside damages.

I don’t feel the car was thoroughly looked over after damages. My check engine light is on when it wasn’t before, and my seatbelt sensor is still not fixed. When buckled it dings and says that it is unbuckled.

I called and wanted to be sure they were aware of the faulty seatbelt sensor.. a lady answered the phone and rudely told me “well I’m not the mechanic!” .. when I finally got my car back the sensor was still not fixed. Could have been dealt with if she had been nicer and let me speak to one of the mechanics. Very rude, horrible customer service.

Office lady was rude as soon as I walked in. Color of my truck did not match, it was bad enough to be noticeable to someone who doesnt paint vehicles. I was happy they saved my decal for me to be able to reapply it.

Lady in front office was rude and condescending as soon as I walked in the door. Paint didn't match according to my husband but its white and im told its the hardest to match. Did save my decal for me which I appreciate that very much. Low score just because of of the office lady.
