I have had my vehicle fixed several times by people that work at collision masters. I come from the maintenance line of work as well. I know the value of having people take care of your vehicles that care. I have known Andrew for a while and I have heard him talk about work outside of the workplace. That man cares about the workmanship seen in his work. He wants to do it right. That’s invaluable. The guy I dealt with in the office was very attentive to communicating to me where the vehicle was in the process. The man in the back room to the right always goes out of his way to conversate and be friendly. I appreciate personable place of business. It’s a great thing when you don’t feel like another dollar. The world is missing these qualities. As a father of 3 girls, I sure hate handing money out like this but it makes it easier when dealing with a classy establishment like collusion masters. Thanks!

The intake clerk was combative and not concerned at all with listening, providing complete answers to questions or service. I was not told to bring exact change when I was informed about the credit card feee. At drop off, asked asked about processes and communication, and was essentially told that communication could not occur. He had to call someone else to find out how I would be communicated with during the estimate and repair process. Each time I asked a question, I was told how no one else asks questions. The text message updates are canned and not useful for providing complete information. On a positive note, I’d left something in my car. The staff at the workshop were very friendly and helpful.
