Low rating is due to damaged factory tint ed window and problem with window motor malfunctioning (same door which was repaired with paint) likely due to obstruction IN the door.

Need to bring car back in. Major problem... one day after taking delivery of the vehicle and the first time the window on the repaired window was lowered (Saturday after pickup), the window glass wouldn't retract all the way down, the window motor tripped and it required me to have to slowly work the window switch to get the window unstuck from its halfway down position. When the window was finally up, there was a large scratch in the factory tinted glass window - window glass tint became scratched rubbing against something in the door panel when window was lowered. There was also some grease on the interior door arm rest. The paint repair appears ok.

Need to bring car back for window glass repair on the door that was painted (original repair) due to damage incurred when door window was lowered- something went wrong - obstruction or window guide misalignment. Motor on door window malfunctioned when it hit something during the lowering of the window. Also need to bring back due to door trim not being delivered for installation while in body shop.

Very knowledgeable and precise. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout this process. A slight delay with parts coming in and another shop having to repair the rim. Otherwise the vehicle now looks brand new. Couldn’t be more happier. Thanks to James and his staff.
