There was a small chip on my windshield, it has a crack growing out on both sides. Otherwise the repairs were perfect and it only took a couple weeks.

Work looks good, and everything seems to work as it should so far. As you know, we have had a hard time getting this situation resolved. Insurance from both parties have been uncooperative, we appreciate your work and so far are satisfied with repairs as of now. One thing we have been unsatisfied with from all involved is lack of communication from all sides. We are told certain things only to find that much has not happened. On the part of the repair shop, it started off with not having a choice of who we would like to do repairs, again, we are satisfied with repairs so far, but we’re told the car would be cleaned and detailed. When we picked the car up and drove it home we found that it had not been washed at all. Dust from front to back and smudges on all back windows. All sensors needed to be reset which took a lot of our afternoon to get right. It may sound petty but as stated earlier this whole situation has been difficult and these things were just things added to our frustration and disappointment. That all being said, thank you for what you have done and so far we are satisfied with repairs.
