Car had been in repair for a month for a simple door fix. Got multiple different answers to when my car would be done. Car was supposed to be done on the 14th I was told “if nothing crazy happens it should be done by the end of the week.” That was 2 weeks ago. Got a notification saying the car was already picked up.I went to pick my car up and it’s still not finished. 0/10 would not recommend

collision pro is in a CLASS of their OWN. starting when you walk in, CLEANEST RECEPTION AREA I've ever seen. impecable work, HONESTY beyond reproach. Alan even DROVE me to Enterprise Rental.... What more could you want? Shantea receptionest knows what's going on, not just answering the phone person.

Great service from beginning to end. The young lady at the desk made sure I was fully aware of everything going on and was very nice and helpful. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and don’t correctly. I took a chance on trying a company I haven’t used before and it was great.
