I would recommend Collision Pros to my friends. Again, Alan was great. The repair job is excellent. I cannot tell that my car was ever in an accident. The shop just needs to fix their phone system and make sure that they contact customers as soon as the repair job is complete. These are easy things to fix. I would definitely go back if I ever need repairs again.

Alan Noto was great! He explained the repair process thoroughly. He was very friendly and patient with all my questions. The reason for the score of 5 was because it was always hard to reach the shop. I would call several times and no one would pick up. Also, the shop called my insurance agency to let them know that the car was repaired. But the shop did not call me. My insurance company stopped paying for my rental the same day the shop called them. But I didn't know about this. I only found out about my car being fixed until the next day when the rental company notified me that I was going to have to pay out of pocket that day since my insurance stopped paying as soon as the shop called them. Again, the shop didn't call me to let me know about my car, so I ended up paying for the rental car myself. I wish the shop would have called me the same day that they called my insurance.
