Collision Pros is a family owned autobody repair business. We are a new facility that has over 45 years in experience in the automotive industry. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have state of the art equipment with certified technicians. We understand that having your vehicle damaged is unfortunate so we strive to make this transition as easy as possible for you. We don't look at you as customers, but as family.

At first glance, the car looked really good. But after I got home and was looking at it closer, I noticed there was still a small dent in the hood, and there, the top of the car has a b.What looks like a bubble now

I already commented without being prompted that I tell everyone what a good job you’ve done for me since you were in the Little building uptown.. The repairs are the best I’ve ever had on the body of a car, the professional service from front office to everyone who touches the vehicle. I think you’ve worked on Betty three or four times and no I’m not a bad driver people just run into me, but you have always put her back together properly. I never had to worry about checking radiator fluid/antifreeze when I receive my car back from you I put my key in my car and off I go. not a worry in the world. I really did have her returned with inadequate antifreeze from another repair shop. You guys truly are the best.

Absolutely beautiful repair on little black Betty. She looks as beautiful as she did when I took her off the car lot 14 years ago. Thank you to everyone that works out at collision pros you worked hard to get me in and get Betty fixed. The job is just amazing. I mean I can’t believe you fixed her and she looks like she used to. I was so afraid the color wouldn’t match but it does Sam you did the job great I appreciate everything and I apologize. I’ve forgotten the ladies name in the office, but you were so kind and sweet to this old lady thank you. I have told anybody and everybody that if your car gets wrecked. You take it to collision pros, been saying that for a couple three maybe 10 years now every time I got a boo-boo on a bumper or something you had to fix it for me. So little black Betty be flying up that, well these days little black Betty be creeping up and down the roads again now. I thank you with all my heart. You know what that car means to me.

GREAT! Unbelievable interior detailing that was totally unexpected. I’ve been unable to clean the car for a couple of years due to a physical injury. I used to take it to Columbia, but I’m not able to drive that far anymore and you guys just did an out of this world job of cleaning the filth out of my car. You know black Betty has been my car truck she hauls flowers and dirt and Auction finds and 2 little French Bulldogs who leave (not hair) but French Bulldog sparkle and heaven knows what all I have hauled in that car. thank you thank you thank you.
