Collision Pros is a family owned autobody repair business. We are a new facility that has over 45 years in experience in the automotive industry. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have state of the art equipment with certified technicians. We understand that having your vehicle damaged is unfortunate so we strive to make this transition as easy as possible for you. Had vehicle for two months an went I went to get it, paint did not match. It was not blended at all. The alignment of the hood to the fenders was off. There was noticeable gap difference. There was noticeable gap difference from fender to door as well. There was a black scuff mark on the front below the hood. When I brought these issues to their attention I got excuses. They kept the car to fix. I asked them if they really wanted me to take it as it was, as this would be negative advertisement for the business. They kept it an fixed it. The paint still does not match that well, but it is better. It appears from my copy of the work order, that they are now trying to collect from my insurance for doing what should have been done right the first time.
