When I am told someone is coming right away I do not expect someone to show up almost an hour later when it is a ten minute drive. Despite how the car is fixed it don’t matter when you can’t get pick up right. Call if you can’t be there right away as told.

I cannot get over the fact that I was told someone would be picking me up right away and it is a 10 minute drive from CSI. Driver said he was told to be there in 30 minutes and he arrived about 20 minutes late due to an error on his part. So, 50-55 minutes later we have a ride. No call from Ethan saying someone is coming but at x time instead. When I got to CSI I questioned Ethan about how he told me that someone would be coming right away and he stated “When I was on the phone with you I didn’t know he was busy.” Said with an expression free face and no apology or understanding how an hour later arriving at CSI could be an issue for me especially since I told him I would be bringing my kid with me. Blows my mind.
