Communication was poor. Dropped the truck off on Tuesday, was originally suppose to pickup Thursday. On Thursday I was told one of the new parts arrived broken and the replacement would not be in until Monday. The next Tuesday I still had not heard anything so I called and was told the part was not going to be in until Thursday. That would have been too information as I had a rental for two day and gave it back, then re-rented it to get buy until the next Tuesday, only to give it back and have to re-re-rent it to get buy until Friday when I did finally get the my truck back. The three day repair under up taking ten days. All of this would have been understandable if I was properly and timely informed about when to expect the parts to show up, I would have then held on to the rental for the correct amount of time.

You guys rock!! Appreciate your methods of communication so I know what’s up. My car has never looked this good 🤩👍🏻. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Bad situations get a happy ending at CSI.
