I am completely satisfied with the work done on my Buick Park Avenue by Hometown Collision. My car was cleaned very well and never looked like it was involved in an accident. I am absolutely tickled by the way that you installed the Buick hood ornament on my hood. I have never had one on it as long as I’ve had it so that just made my day. Thank you very much! I am very impressed with the service Hometown Collision of Salem, Illinois provided in repairing my 2003 Buick Park Avenue. My car was so well repaired I can’t tell where it got damaged in the hit and run it suffered. The replacement hood is in way better condition than the one the car had before. I know most people may not care, but I love it when my car is clean. When I picked up my car from Hometown Collision, it was sparkling in the sunlight! I am very pleased with my experience and I would highly recommend Hometown Collision of Salem, Illinois to anyone looking for commendable service.

Returned truck immediately because it shook and pulled while driving. Not sure how it was considered fixed and returned to us in the first place. It definitely wasn’t repaired.

Took 2 months and after we picked it up within 5 minutes took it back. If you turned loose of the steering wheel, the truck headed straight right for the ditch. The truck vibrated so bad with at 55 mph.

I do not feel they were forthcoming or completely honest with all that was wrong I do believe that they knew the extent of the damage at the beginning and lied. I also believe the truck was on the frame straightener like the secretary stated and they lied.

Absolute pros from start to finish. The Hometown Collision team took our SUV, which was in terrible shape, and made it look brand new again. Seamless process and excellent results! We highly recommend them!
