I was under the impression that my vehicle would have been cleaned from the inside as well. The front of car was (beside cup holders and the bottom tray next to radio) but the inside of all doors, middle of the front seats, the back seats/floors and the very back were not. However, it might have been my own fault for thinking it as the previous owners use to do that.

There was air bubbles in the pinstripe and left over buffing compound all over the truck that was not cleaned up and they stole a brand new Milwaukee m18 5.0ah battery out of the back seat of my truck

The estimate was done incorrectly and they wanted more money after they had already started working on truck. Whe repairing my truck they replaced pinstripes and the replacement had air bubbles in repair. The truck was not properly cleaned after repair and had buffing compound all over the truck. They stole a brand new Milwaukee M18 5.0ah battery out of my back seat.

I brought my 2018 Ford F150 in to get the sunroof looked at. They broke the news of me having to replace it all. After talking with other business and them giving me crazy estimates and giving the vibe of not really wanting to deal with it, Hometown Collisions gave me an estimate I could afford and they had no problems with doing the work. They did an amazing job. Thank you so much to Bob, Tony and the crew for helping me out and getting my trucks sunroof working again. I appreciate you!
