I brought my 2018 Ford F150 in to get the sunroof looked at. They broke the news of me having to replace it all. After talking with other business and them giving me crazy estimates and giving the vibe of not really wanting to deal with it, Hometown Collisions gave me an estimate I could afford and they had no problems with doing the work. I was thoroughly and highly impressed with the results of my truck. Im a meticulous person and pay attention to detail and this establishment nailed it. I was also impressed with Bobby's approach and promise on how he and his guys would go above and beyond to satisfy every customer they encounter. I had several estimates done and talked to each one but none like the experience here at Hometown . I would highly recommend anyone to have the same satisfying experience i had for any vehicle repairs needed. Last but not least, I wanna express my gratitude on their timing. They ddnt have my truck long at all , in fact , I received it back before the holidays which was a blessing. My truck was really mangled but he still insured me that he and the guys would work diligently and effectively while trying to satisfy my timeliness without compromising a quality return. Hometown is certainly about quality and reliability. Staff was super nice and very qualified. I recommend Hometown Collision 10/10 hands down. I love my truck and received an abundance of compliments when she hit the road again. Most asked question was...who done your truck because that thing was destroyed! Thanks again Hometown Collision.
