I was not offered the use of a "loaner" until I went back and asked for one a few days later. The woman that I talked to then was very apologetic and provided one . I got my car back the next day.

The service of your front desk ladies were amazing. Bob took good care of my car. They ones working on my car did a great job. I would recommend this place. Plus the loner car i got was fantastic. Thank you 😊
