There’s bumper clips in the car. Dust from sanding in the trunk. There’s bumps under the clear coat and pin holes in the paint. Along with visible orange peel.

Bummer was not put on correctly as well as scuff marks that was not there when dropped off.

I am very satisfied with the work done to repair the car, however, some retaining clips were never installed back so I had to go back for them. On a previous repair, it appears a bracket was low quality or reinstalled broken. We are now waiting for a new bracket which it is an outstanding customer care quality. Big thumbs up for you guys.

Repair seems to be good but since you asked. The gentleman who drove the truck around said it had been washed but it hadn't. The plastic over the seat and the paper in the floorboard were still there. All the way home, there was a smell of a grease. I threw away the stuff when I did get home and the smell has somewhat died down. The final thing was a piece of plastic was hanging loosely in the front of the door jamb. I opened the door, noticed it and had to attach by pushing in the 4 or 5 tabs. I was very happy with the speed in which I got the truck back and even though the above mentioned were items that could have been avoided, I would bring another vehicle to you for damage repair in the future

The team at Collision Veterans are Amazing human beings! Not only they went above and beyond for me (Thank you Donna!) they did a perfect job replacing my hatch and they saved one of my stickers which was one of the important ones to me. “Do Justice. Love kindness. Walk Humble.” And they put it on the same spot. I really appreciated that! It’s really hard to find good people in the automotive business, however I did at Collision Veterans. (CV employees: Thank you all for your hard work and kindness! You have my recommendation & loyal service.💗)

You guys did a good job on fixing the damage on my car but I didn't know why you guys didn't check everything before releasing my car to me.....the day I pick up my car, I went straight to work and got of 11:30pm...I was on my way home when my friend behind me spot that one of my taillight was not working....I pull over and left my Car there I don't want to run around with only one taillight cuz I know if the cops catch me with one light they will pull me over....and luckily my friend took me home ....and I have to come back the next day to take the car to O'Reilly shop to fix....anyways thanks you Collision for fixing the damage on my Car.....
