Friendly people, but I'm not thrilled with the service.

It took a month to be scheduled because parts took a while to arrive... which is fine.. but then it took a week longer than it was supposed to take to fix. I figured that was normal because of all the work that needed to be done.. but half of the repairs were never done. The hood was also crooked and I had to have it fixed. The only reason I'd give it above a 1 is because they were nice enough to lend me a car.

I am very pleased with the job that you did with my front bumper. I have not had any hands-on experience yet with the air conditioning yet since it hasn't been warm enough to utilize it.
