Took so long to do repairs that I couldn't let them finish the whole job. At the very end found out they STILL needed to order a tire and got hung up with that pushing us into the next week - we finally just took the vehicle back unfinished.

There is no customer service. You have to call them looking for answers which they won't have, they'll tell you they will call back and then they won't.

The repairs were fine. But someone took my garage door opener, my sunglasses, some charms that I had hanging in my rearview mirror, and someone went through my center consul and stole stuff out of there too.

Great Service. Accident damaged front driver side wheel, axle, etc. It was not driveable. Car is driving well after I picked it up - one week later. They stated any concerns I have develop to bring it back to them, so they seem to stand by their work.
