The staff were very courteous and super friendly. They sent a text message everyday about my vehicle. It was even done a day early. Office manager even deal with the insurance company about my rental when we had a problem.

Once John stepped in, my experience complete changed. My vehicle had been in your shop since Dec 27, 2023. I had made many attempts to get my vehicle fixed with no success. Unfortunately, there were multiple errors that occurred through the faulty party’s instance company, Allstate, as well as Scott at Collision Veterans. When John found out about it, he updated me regularly and my car was fixed quickly with no issues or further delays. I think he is a huge asset to your company. He has integrity and has been honest with me, I will be writing a 5 star Google review because of this. The repair was done excellently, however it did take quite a long time to finish. They kept me updated along the way, although I did have to call a few times for updates. It was nice to get my car back and it looked good as new!
