Understanding that some aftermarket parts may be difficult to procure at this time, I felt more than enough time was given to complete repairs. I certainly didn’t want to rush or add any pressure to an already busy shop so I chose to be patient. After nearly 2 months of waiting I received my vehicle back with less than desirable results. The work is incomplete and the body work is sub-par by any standards. I’m disappointed but hopeful and optimistic that this will be made right as I’ve been assured it would by management.

I believe it’s a good practice to keep the customer informed of progress. However, the customer shouldn’t share in the responsibility of the shop. I was asked to order parts myself out of convenience for CW. Clearly an issue arose between CW and there parts provider when an incorrect part arrived at there shop. This break down in there procurement process should have been resolved between the two parties but unfortunately became the problem for me the customer, which I feel is unacceptable service.
