I was under the impression the second estimate submitted by Tommy in the amount of $923.37 was the TOTAL amount of damages, yet when I picked up my car I was billed $1000 (my deductible) and GEICO was billed $1476.77. As a result of not being truthful with me I can expect my insurance premiums for the next 3 years or so to be increased. Without charging you anything I will spread the word on how I was blindsided.

The major work done on my car was good but just small things where done incorrectly, I had to drive back multiple times because of the mistakes. Which given y’all had no problem fixing but my insurance and myself paid a lot of money for this work being done for so many careless, unavoidable things to happen. I thank you guys for the time and work put into my car but, I would not recommend anyone to get work done with y’all.
