Initially my customer service experience was absolutely horrible. Upon my arrival for my estimate, the receptionist did not greet me or even ask how she could help. She simply stared at me and I had to introduce myself and the reason for my presence in the establishment. My experience after that once Dave,who did the initial inspection of my vehicle, arrived my experience changed. Dave was nice and very professional. He explained all the steps that would follow my estimate and he communicated effectively.
