Everything was as promised! Even completed the job a day early. Everyone was so pleasant and efficient. They did a beautiful job. Never would know it had an owie but my heart sure did. I got it back just like the day we bought it. I hope I never need their services again but I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Love the job they did & everyone was so nice . Hands down the customer service. Even better care & quality of repair to my car. I don't give a second thought as to where to take my vehicle. My ac wasn't working after I picked it up. One call & 20 minutes later they came to pick it up & made sure everything was 100% AND delivered it back to me. Hayes & his team are the best!! I'm an insurance agent & they are my #1 recommendation for Quitman & surrounding cities.

Not a great experience!! My wife’s car was there for three weeks and were, originally, told two weeks. We were told by an employee named Beth, that this was due to the fact that the painter “has been at their Winnsboro location”. We were, also, told by the same employee, when my wife expressed frustration based on having to spend more money on a rental car, that “In the future you might want to think about putting rental on your insurance policy.” Which, yes, may be true, but that’s something that just didn’t need be said and which, to me, was very unprofessional and rude. Not who I, personally, would want representing my company, but different times, I guess. I did get to discuss things with the customer service person, who turned out to be the owner’s wife, and she was very nice, polite, and understanding. The work seems to be really good, but unfortunately, this is the first and the last time we use this establishment. Not because of the quality of the work, just based on how we were treated and misled.
