I REALLY loved the text communication. What an awesome idea, it kept the phone calls to a minimum. Also, I felt like when I did have to communicate with Beth, she had the answers on every occasion. My partner had used you guys for her work car after an accident, and there wasn’t any question about who we were using when we had another issue. A job well done and we will recommend Laser Line to our family and friends!

Amazing staff! I was worried, with this being the first time that I’ve had to have my vehicle worked on, as to what to do and where to go. Laserline made it easy! After talking with Beth, I didn’t have a worry in the world and I knew my car and I would be very well taken care of. My car looks like nothing ever happened after running into a deer. Absolutely amazing!
