Laserline went above and beyond with the repair of my vehicle. They responded to my calls in a timely manner, and always gave excellent customer service. Laserline made sure that my vehicle , a 2016 Journey, was restored and that I was completely satisfied with the work. This was my first time having an accident, and Laserline assured me they would take care of everything. The work was started before I was contacted by Laserline. I did sign an agreement for them to do the work but do not think the extent of the damage was near $14K and would have made different decisions because I did not think the damage was to that extent. Took longer than expected. Got the car back and the next day it would not start. I believe the electronics were messed up. Having to have the car towed to The Tyler dealership. Called Laserline when the car would not start but they never returned the car. I do not trust this body shop and would never use them again. They took advantage to make money.
