For some reason, I have gone through this procedure, and I am now back to the beginning. I indicated that the repair is not evident. The car looks just like it did before the repair of the damage. Colonial Body Shop did an excellent repair and I am happy. And thank you Liberty Mutual for handling my claim promptly and efficiently.

The personnel from the body shop were professional in their working with me at the estimate of damage session, gave me a time table to drop off the car to be repaired and called me when it was ready. The appearance of the repair is not apparent--looks like the undamaged car. This is the second repair done for me by Colonial Body Shop, and I am pleased and happy with the results. Thank Liberty Mutual.

Finished ahead of quoted turnaround time, super friendly & professional staff, repairs look better than when I bought the car (perfect!), and even vacuumed the inside as an added surprise bonus.
